As part of our growth, our textile company is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven International Textile Buyer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international sourcing and purchasing activities, from supplier sourcing to order follow-up, while ensuring product quality, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery for international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, select, and develop an international supplier portfolio;
• Source  products according to business needs and market trends;
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms, contracts, and proforma invoices with suppliers;
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure production and delivery deadlines are respected;
• Analyze supplier quotations and prepare cost/quality/time comparisons;
• Review supplier samples and ensure product quality follow-up;
• Support product development activities including artworks, packaging, labels, technical sheets, catalogs, and translations;
• Create and manage product references, barcodes, and product data within the ERP system;
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners including logistics, import, after-sales service, designers, suppliers, and e-commerce teams;
• Contribute to the optimization of purchasing processes and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Conduct supplier, product, and market trend monitoring within the international textile industry.

Required Profile

• Master’s degree in International Trade, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, or related field;
• 1 to 3 years of experience in international purchasing, preferably in the textile industry;
• Strong knowledge of negotiation techniques and international trade processes;
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools;
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken — mandatory;
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
