Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in tourism or group guiding

A surf camp in Tamraght is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Tour Guide to join its team starting July 2025.

This position involves guiding international guests through unique excursions that combine adventure and cultural discovery in southern Morocco.

Main Responsibilities:

• Guide and assist groups (mainly European tourists) during our excursion packages (2-3 days trips)
• Ensure group safety, cohesion, and a positive atmosphere throughout the trip
• Coordinate with drivers, hotels, and local partners
• Lead short cultural stops and visits (e.g., Atlas Studios, Majorelle garden… etc.)
• Handle unexpected situations professionally (delays, minor injuries, etc.)
• Act as a bridge between travelers and locals (language, logistics, support)

Required Profile:

• Languages: Fluent in English and French (required) – other languages are a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of southern Morocco (Ouarzazate, Merzouga, Agafay,… etc.);
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Well-groomed, sociable, and service-oriented;
• Driving license (category B, D) is a plus;

Compensation is calculated according to the number of days worked, with an additional bonus depending on the quality of performance.
