Leading distribution company in Moroccan Market is hiring a Sales Capability:
Your Main tasks will be to:
- Support in screening and verifying talent pool for different layers based on predefined criteria (Sales reps, Delivery men, Supervisor….).
- Plan for onboarding sessions for new joiners and update materials accordingly.
- Lead the logistics of the trainings and guarantee the deployment of the training & evaluate sales team performance progress
- Monitor coaching sessions (A-check/B-check) based on the sales capability overall strategy and report findings periodically
- Ensure that teams organize the proper forums of discussion with the right tools to follow up on performance. (Daily connect, KPI Dashboard, Reports…)
- Conduct trade visits on weekly basis to define strenghs and areas of improvement in selling skills and tools.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in FMCG industry in Sales function
- High capacity in managing a team,
- A good trainer, a high influencer, dynamic,
- Strong background in Retail channel,
- Understand the challenges, the Sales fundamentals,
- Strong analytical mindset,
- Solution oriented and stakeholders management
