Desert Surf camp (desertsurfcamp.com) is looking for a junior specialist to support communication with content creators and influencers and to help manage collaborations from initial outreach to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Communication with content creators and influencers
• Professional business email correspondence in English
• Coordination of collaboration terms, timelines, and content formats
• Support in contract management and basic documentation (agreements, add-ons, invoices)
• Tracking deliverables and following up on deadlines
• Collecting campaign statistics
• Preparing structured reports based on key performance indicators
• Updating and maintaining information in CRM systems

Mandatory Requirements

• Good written and spoken English: emails and video calls
• Knowledge of business email communication rules (structure, tone, clarity, follow-ups)
• Basic experience or understanding of contract handling
• Understanding of basic social media metrics: reach, impressions, engagement, clicks / traffic
• Basic experience working with CRM systems (lead tracking, statuses, notes, follow-ups)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Initial experience working with influencers or content creators
• Interest in influencer marketing and digital content
• Experience with Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools

Work Format

• Remote, 09-18:00 with 1 hour lunch break

Compensation: €300 fixed + €200 KPI-based (process discipline & quality) + additional performance bonus availableality) + additional performance bonus available
