leading distribution company in Moroccan Market is hiring a Hub Supervisor for its
Logistics entity:
Duties;
• Organization and Planification for the daily job (replenishment / inbounds / co-packing …)
• Ensure safety, quality & efficiency in the operations
• Direct responsible for the hub inventory & stock accuracy
• Set all necessary analysis for any improvement by strict follow up
• Direct contact with hub suppliers
• Managing employees under supervision
• Responsible for HR management in terms of recruiting temps, coaching, training, performance,
evaluation & discipline
Required Skills;
• logistics engineering degree
• First experience in the same position is preferable
• Well organized, flexible, action oriented, autonomous and ability to work under pressure and
prioritize
• Strong analytical and data management skills, with problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• English is a real plus
