Description du Poste

Job Responsibilities

  • Be fully responsible for the entire process of sea and air import and export operations, coordinate space booking, trucking, customs clearance, document preparation, verification and full-link tracking to ensure efficient business implementation.
  • Coordinate with local cooperative fleets and customs brokers, track business progress in real time, proactively identify and properly handle various emergencies, and timely report work progress to superiors.
  • Proficient in the entire process of import document exchange and customs clearance, independently complete all procedures, and be familiar with local logistics and customs clearance rules in North Africa.

Requirements

  • Master the three working languages: English, French and Arabic, with fluent written and oral communication skills, and able to adapt to local cross-border work communication scenarios.
  • Fluent in Chinese is preferred, which is convenient for direct contact with the Chinese headquarters and Chinese customers to ensure barrier-free cross-regional and cross-cultural communication.
  • Familiar with the entire process of international freight forwarding operations, with work experience in logistics, customs clearance and cross-border transportation is preferred, and able to quickly get started with the job.
  • Strict and careful in work, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills and pressure resistance, able to adapt to the high-frequency rhythm of cross-border logistics.
  • Proficient in using Office software, and those who master logistics operation systems are preferred.
