We are looking for our client, a major multinational company in Dubai UAE, A experienced Process Associate (Arabic-English-speaking and wrinting).

You are bilingual (Arabic, English) and have significant experience between 1 to 3 years in a call center renamed.

You have proven experience in managing customer (B to B and B to C) at one of the following sectors: Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or similar organization.

Your main task will be to:

• Receive calls and correspondence of members (payers) to inquire about their health insurance policy;

• Respond to customer requests (calls / emails);

• Manage customer expectations and ensure a robust pace of communication;

• Inform, advise and assist customers by mail and telephone.

You have a great customer focus, interpersonal skills with high capacity communications, you adapt easily to change and you are able to develop several skills at once (multi-skills).

You wish to acquire a solid experience and integrate a multi-class that would allow you to thrive and which will ensure a real career!
