Our company is a global multi-platform research and consultancy company. Our headquarters is in London and we have presence all around the world in 36 countries, from The Middle East to Africa, Asia to Latin America and the Caribbean.

We are looking for Project Coordinator for its local office in Casablanca, Morocco.

ROLE:

Project Coordinator’s role is to provide administrative assistance to the project team.

Reports to the Country Director

Working hours: 8:00am - 18:00pm;

Monthly salary: (negotiable)

Starting date: Immediately

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To arrange meetings

Maintains calendars, charts, reports to ensure that records are kept accurate

Maintains in-house database system

Coordinates the driver’s schedule, informs the driver daily on the locations of meetings

Maintains all office supplies

Qualifications:

Must be presentable, professional and efficient;

Fluent in English and French (writing and speaking);

Outbound phone calls, Inbound phones call, sending emails

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Database software

Education Level Required: University Level
