Adecco Maroc recrute pour un de ses client un Assistant Manager Anglophone

To support and secretary the Branch Manager, assisting in daily business tasks. Will have as main responsibilities the administrative processes optimization as well as the associated logistics aspects, including: registration, processing, maintenance, and organization of information, reports preparation and analysis, agenda and appointments management, meetings arrangements, travel and accommodation booking, hosting customers and suppliers, telephone service, mail issuing, internal communications and translations.

Profile:

• Proper university degree (preferably in Secretarial or Management Assistant);

• Proven experience in similar positions;

• Planning, organization and time management capability;

• Method, accuracy and attention to detail competencies;

• Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks;

• Effective communication (oral and written) and interpersonal understanding;

• Dynamism, motivation and responsibility;

• Advanced computer skills (specially Microsoft Excel and Word);

• Fluency in English (conversation, writing and reading), being valued knowledge in Spanish.
