Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to create a strong customer base for the company in Morocco and introduce the company diverse services to targeted clients to ensure attaining desired outcomes.
  • Seek and maintain collaborations with potential partners and sponsors to cooperate with the company in different projects.
  • Develop and implement plans for market penetration to reach a large base of clients in a short time.
  • Search and identify the artists to approach and propose company services that best meet their business needs.
  • Build and maintain rapport with existing clients to assure long term partnership with them through meeting their requirements, assuring delivering desired outcomes and actively respond to any problem or complaint they might report.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a related position.
  • Strong communication and negotiations skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse clients and win clients' trust.
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
  • Collaboration and team working skills as well as managing conflicts.
  • Strong ability to plan and manage diverse projects, manage the risks involved, calculate budgets, cost and time.
