Account Officer 2012/2013

Seeking for an Account Officer to work immediately in the Company for Tourism services in Qatar

Qualifications 

Religion: ISLAM

-Providing and interpreting financial information,

-Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends,

-Analyzing change and advising accordingly,

-Formulating strategic and long-term business plans,

-Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance,

-Analyzing competitors and market trends,

-Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk,

-Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities,

-Managing a company's financial accounting,

-Monitoring and reporting systems,

-Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Revenue,

-Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines,

-Managing budgets,

-Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities,

-Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation

- Possess leadership qualities and the ability to manage the teamwork,

- Excellence discipline, commitment and ability to work under pressure, and handle stressful situations,

-Demonstrate high level of oral communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to manage the flow of people and business, liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders regarding sensitive and confidential matters, and maintain effective working relationships in a high volume environment

- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to determine priorities meet regular deadlines and take follow up action.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

Degree level with additional Professional Qualifications in a field such as Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with +5 years work experience in similar position, preferably in the Travel/Tourism Industry.

Strong background in controlling and accounting.

Experience and knowledge of business and financial controls.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Knowledge of contemporary IT including word processing, email, spreadsheet, database and similar disciples.

• REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Have knowledge of selling techniques to include prospecting, presenting and closing. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required. Fluency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. A strong command of Arabic and English languages is essential; 'Can do' positive attitude, Innovative thinker

مطلوب للتعيين الفوري مسؤول حسابات  للعمل بشركة سياحية في قطر

المهارات 

المستوى الدراسي:

 حاصل على درجة جامعية عالية في العلوم الإدارية و المحاسبة

الخبرة المهنية:

- خبرة لا تقل عن 5  سنوات في مجال التخصص،

- الإشراف على إتمام معاملات موردي خدمات الشركة واعتماد الشيكات المستحقة لهم.

- الإشراف على متابعة إشعارات البنوك وعمل التسويات المحاسبية لإثبات جميع حركات البنوك.

- متابعة ومراقبة حسابات الشركة و الفنادق والبنوك ومتابعة العملاء مع البنوك وحل مشاكلهم،

- المقدرة على تخطيط النفقات و التكاليف المالية وترتيب الحلول ووضع خطط لمعالجة التكاليف،وإعادة هيكلة رأس المال،

- وضع استراتيجيات وخطط الميزانيات التقديرية،

- القدرة على توظيف الأموال في الاستثمارات الأخرى على المستويين الداخلي والخارجي، 

- امتلاك المرونة العالية في التعامل مع المشاكل المالية و المحاسبية، 

- إعداد التقارير بنتائج العمليات وتفسيرها لجميع مستويات الإدارة،

- تحديد السياسات المحاسبية وتصميم السجلات المحاسبية وفقاً لاحتياجيات الشركة،

- الإشراف على جميع حسابات أي أنشطة تقوم بها الشركة لتدوينها ومراجعتها وتوثيقها،   

- دراسة النسب المالية والتحليل المالى ودراسة جميع قوائم المؤسسة والوقوف على القرارات السليمة،

- إعداد تقارير عن أثر العوامل الخارجية على تحقيق أهداف الشركة،

- التقييم المستمر للقوى الإقتصادية و الإجتماعية والسياسية والإجراءات الحكومية وأثرها على الشركة،

- القدرة على الهيكلة والتنظيم، التطوير وإدارة الفروع ودراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية،

- امتلاك الصفات القيادية قادرا على التواصل بمهارة مع اللآخرين في إطار إدارة الفريق و العمل الجماعي،

- التميز بالانضباط و الالتزام و القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتعامل مع المواقف الصعبة،

-  الإلمام التام ببرامج الحاسب الآلي،

-إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثا وكتابة

يفضل من سبق له العمل في المجال السياحي كالفنادق والسفريات
